A wise turtle intervenes when the orange creature picks on the green creature and calls him "green bean". The creature learns that it doesn't matter what color your "shell" is.  It's what's inside that counts.

September is back-to-school at First Fruits! We are back at it! We've been practicing our ABC's, weather, numbers and even the spelling and writing of our last names! We'll be working on our addresses and phone numbers soon!

Below are the Holidays and Vacation days for the rest of the year. I have indicated whether I am using Holiday or Vacation time for each of the dates. After these scheduled days off I have 5 remaining personal days to use and will do my best to give ample notice for the days used (unless emergency/sickness).

Spring has sprung!

Finally Spring is upon us! We have been enjoying the warmer, sunny days! If you haven't done so already, please remember to update the clothing in your child's bag to ensure all of the clothes are weather/size appropriate! We will be spending plenty of time outside so please remember to bring tennis shoes and sunscreen!

First Fruits families! Thank you to a wonderful 2009! I'm in the planning stages for this year's vacation and will get it finalized and to all of you as soon as it's ready! I'm looking forward to another successful year of love, learning, playing and growing! To the best families in town! ;)
